Senior Benefits Analyst
The Senior Benefits Analyst oversees and manages employee benefits and retirement programs across a designated region. This role ensures effective administration, compliance, and support for employees, contributing to a positive and competitive total rewards experience.
What you will be doing
Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in Workday to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
Conduct New Hire Benefits orientations – US/Canada/Mexico.
Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes.
Enroll employees with carriers and process life status changes.
Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
Respond to U.S. 401(k) and Canadian RRSP inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, loans, plan changes and contribution amounts.
Assist with the open enrollment process.
Provide necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
What you likely bring
Knowledge of employee benefits including medical, dental, life, disability, 401(k) plans, FMLA, other state leave requirements and COBRAs.
Responds in a timely manner to requests for service and assistance.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication.
Maintains confidentiality.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
What could set you apart
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
