A seed stage company in our portfolio, working in the construction tech space, is looking for a Chief of Staff to work alongside the CEO, based in Palo Alto, as the company grows and matures. This is an amazing opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business, tackle and own a wide range of critical projects, and develop your own skills as a leader. We're looking for someone hungry, versatile, and excited to contribute to the core operations of the business.

In this role you will:

• Support the CEO in a wide range of GTM efforts, joining customer calls, making sure feedback is circulated internally, driving new initiatives, etc.
• Implement processes and systems to streamline work for the team distributed between California and Tel Aviv.
• Lead efforts to track and manage growth and key business metrics.
• Be the go-to problem-solver for a wide range of operational, managerial, and strategic challenges that accompany the growth of the company.
• Maintain relationships with key company stakeholders to make sure internal collaboration is efficient and effective.

For this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years experience in a Business Operations, Consulting, Project Management, GTM strategy, or other related role.
• Experience in early-stage, fast-growing startups.
• A history of collaborating with company leadership/executives/founders.
• Strong ability to manage many parallel projects and priorities.
• An MBA is a plus.
• Experience in the construction or real estate industries is a plus.
