Help shape the future of TCS

As part of the TELUS Consumer Solutions (TCS) Marketing Communications team, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic team member to help shape the future of our key product portfolios across both mobility and internet. In this role, you’ll focus on 1:1 Marketing Communications for the full TCS portfolio—spanning TELUS, Koodo, and Public Mobile—creating compelling campaigns across channels like email and SMS, and collaborating closely with advertising agencies and internal stakeholders. You’ll work alongside a talented, supportive team of marketing experts, with opportunities to learn, grow, and influence strategy across multiple brands in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Join our team and what we'll accomplish together

We’ve been on an exciting journey within TELUS Consumer Solutions, launching industry-leading mobility and internet products and creating best-in-class campaigns in partnership with global-leading OEMs such as Apple, Samsung, and Google. Together, we’ll create compelling, data-driven customer experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.

You will play a key role in shaping the voice of our brands—TELUS, Koodo, and Public Mobile—through personalized communications that span both mobility and internet, integrating TELUS’ Social Purpose, and celebrating the positive impact we make in communities across Canada.

What You’ll do:

  • Build annual and quarterly 1:1 marketing plans across the customer purchase funnel in partnership with the Go-to-Market team and agency partners
  • Define and evolve value propositions and positioning for internet, mobility, and mobile & home (M&H) offers and messaging
  • Lead all aspects of 1:1 marketing communications, including writing strategic agency briefs, managing creative approvals, overseeing logistics and deployment, and analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor business performance against targets and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates
  • Partner with agencies to identify best practices and lead transformational projects that improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage relationships with multiple agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of campaigns, programs, and assets
  • Collaborate with budget owners to plan and manage campaign budgets throughout the year

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Innovative thinker with a passion for creating and executing strategies that drive results
  • Ability to uncover opportunities for improvement by analyzing business challenges
  • Passion for creative marketing trends, with a proven ability to implement campaigns rooted in consumer insight that gain recognition
  • Natural collaborator with strong relationship-building skills, able to unite internal and external partners around shared goals
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguity and defining clear, effective processes
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, able to distill complex information into compelling, data-driven narratives

Great-to-haves:

  • Understanding of 1:1 communications and advertising best practices
  • Experience with the creative development process (client or agency-side)
  • Project management experience
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency with G Suite and/or MS Office applications

Salary Range: $89,000-$133,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:

  • Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and bonus structures, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family
