Opportunity for a full time position with our company as a Warehouse Shift Supervisor located in King of Prussia, PA.

We're seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions. This role involves managing payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly employee payroll payments punctually using ADP system.
  • Complete all HR reporting documents, enter data into ADP, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from payroll checks, including taxes and garnishments.
  • Collaborate with management to verify overtime hours before processing payroll.
  • Collect and verify direct deposit banking information from employees.
  • Conduct internal payroll and accounting audits semi-annually.
  • Provide requested documents to HR Manager as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong mathematical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now payroll software preferred but note required.
  • Ability to uphold privacy and confidentiality standards and exercise discretion.

$60,000-$70,000
