ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help us grow a high-performing workforce by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across our manufacturing operations and corporate functions. This role partners closely with HR and leadership to build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting workforce demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be process oriented, have excellent communication skills, a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and a candidate experience mindset. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments, a proactive attitude, and a detail-oriented approach to the full recruitment cycle process. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. During non-recruitment periods, this role will provide administrative support to the HR Team.
The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 8:00 – 5:00pm. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment from job requisition, intake, job posting, phone screening, interview scheduling and coordination, verbal offers, offer letter drafting to new hire onboarding.
- Adheres to established recruitment procedures and guidelines. Offers insights and suggestions for process improvement based on experience and observations.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, partner with hiring managers to develop clear, compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and proactive outreach (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, trade schools).
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on selection decisions.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, candidate pipeline status).
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System - Lever to manage candidate workflows and ensure best practice with documentation.
- Assist HR Leadership in strategic sourcing. Organize and attend hiring events and creating partnerships with local colleges/trade schools.
- Utilizes predefined templates to draft offer letters, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
- Strives to create a seamless and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.
- Facilitates orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain and organize confidential employee records and HR filing systems (digital and physical) in compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Ensure accurate filing, retrieval, and archiving of personnel documents, supporting audits and HR operations.
- Performs various HR tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders and candidates
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in using ATS (Lever is highly preferred), HRIS (ADP WFN), and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed)
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Process oriented and a keen eye for attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to manage tasks autonomously. Capable of operating with a high degree of independence and accountability
- Demonstrates a growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and improve through training and constructive feedback. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for tracking candidate data, Word for document preparation, Outlook for communication, and PowerPoint for presentations
