Responsibilities

  • Assist with printing and mailing processes for donor acknowledgements.
  • Assist with annual giving level broad-based campaigns and stewardship projects including, but not limited to, the collection and review of data for the Campus Building Project, and crowdfunding initiatives.
  • Assist with building emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Research and compile sample annual giving and stewardship communication materials from other institutions.
  • Serve as the alternate for monitoring Broad-Based Campaigns and Strategic Engagement email inboxes.
  • Proof donor data for annual giving level broad-based campaigns and stewardship communications.
  • Digitize annual giving appeals and stewardship letters.
  • Assist with preparation of memorial envelopes.
  • Review and proof acknowledgement letters.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Good organizational skills, communication skills and ability to follow directions, as well as take initiative.
  • Excellent proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work at onsite at the Dauch Alumni Center.
  • Ability to work up to 19 hours a week when necessary. We are flexible and are open to making adjustments based upon the students schedule.

Required Education & Experience

  • Current Purdue University Student
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
