About Pear VC
Pear VC is a top-tier early-stage venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. We specialize in partnering with founders at the pre-seed and seed stages, helping them build iconic companies from the ground up. Our portfolio includes category defining companies like DoorDash, Guardant Health, Branch, Affinity, and Gusto. We are hands-on partners who invest early, roll up our sleeves to help founders hire, build, and scale - and we’re deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our team for a hands-on, product-focused role at a top-tier VC firm.
This is a rare opportunity to build real products that support both our internal teams and the founders we invest in — while gaining direct exposure to the startup ecosystem.
