What you’ll be doing - Te whakamahere
We are looking for a technically focused Administrator to join our Digital team in a casual capacity for 6 months to assist with administration and communication with stakeholders about logistics coordination. This role will be supporting the Digital team with scheduling and associated administration tasks of a global SD-WAN hardware replacement initiative. You will help our Digital team to effectively coordinate the roll out of the new hardware and ensure accurate record-keeping of the installations across our international offices.
Key responsibilities will involve:
· Assisting with Administration: Help manage data entry requirements of the roll out of the global SD-WAN hardware replacement project.
· Coordinate Scheduling: Liaise with stakeholders to arrange hardware swap outs with site contacts at international locations.
· Status Updates: Keep track of progress and update records for each location.
· Transition Support: Work with technical teams to ensure smooth equipment transitions by answering FAQs.
