A New York based fundraising firm is looking to hire a Junior Finance Associate for the 2026 cycle. This role will be responsible for working day-to-day on the fundraising operations for a experienced candidate running for Congress in New York.

Start Date: November 1, 2025

Salary: $4,500-$5,500 per month

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of working 1 day a week in Westchester, New York.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Managing day-to-day fundraising efforts for candidate
• Working with candidate in call time
• Staffing fundraising events and meetings for candidate
• Facilitate fundraising solicitations and pledge follow-ups
• Drafting copy and event invitations
• Maintain accurate donor records and financial data in campaign database
• Manage the donor acknowledgment and thank-you program
• Prepare briefing memos and fundraising materials
• Assist with other campaign finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications for this role are:

• Preference for candidates with prior fundraising or campaign experience
• Basic understanding of campaign finance laws and compliance
