As a People Engagement Project Manager within Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) Philippines, you will lead the planning and delivery of complex events, engagements, and initiatives that advance our business priorities and strengthen our team culture. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. You will develop clear project plans, status updates, and reporting that keep stakeholders aligned and maintain momentum toward desired outcomes. In this role, you will contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-focused environment, while continuously growing your skills and expanding your impact by turning ambitious ideas into well-structured, well-run programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional events, activities, engagements, and projects, and help lead strategic business priorities and firm-driven initiatives when needed.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned, milestones are met, and progress is communicated regularly to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project tools and processes are in place and effective at the project level.
  • Manage multiple project timelines with short deadlines simultaneously, tracking and executing against required deliverables.
  • Provide support across various projects and initiatives that advance operational efficiency and strategic goals, including supporting team requirements such as attendance tracking and status reporting.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests, ensuring completion under tight timelines.
  • Use stakeholder and conflict management skills to foster a collaborative environment and resolve issues and risks that arise during project execution.
  • Facilitate meetings with senior managers and key stakeholders to communicate updates, directional changes, and key risks/issues while influencing outcomes and driving resolution.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, using advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Build strong, proactive partnerships with business and functional partners—including local and regional administrative colleagues—to create a collaborative environment and help expand the support model and other critical projects as needed.
  • Ensure all events, activities, engagements, and projects are completed in accordance with risk, control, and relevant firm-wide guidelines, applying strategic thinking to identify assumptions, dependencies, and risks, evaluate their impact, and make informed decisions.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Proven experience as a project manager (or an equivalent role leading cross-team initiatives), with strong leadership skills and the ability to influence outcomes and drive resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to compare complex alternatives and select a solution.
  • Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment and handling multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business requirements, prioritize, and drive results with a strong sense of urgency.
  • High level of independence, energy, and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles and accepts accountability.
  • Prior exposure to people, engagement, culture, or talent programs.
  • 2+ years of experience (or equivalent) managing or leading complex projects or programs from inception to execution.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and presenting project status and recommendations.
  • Planning and organization skills, including building project plans, backlogs/roadmaps, defining milestones, and managing competing priorities.
  • Risk and issue management skills, including identifying risks early, proposing mitigation plans, and escalating appropriately.
  • Execution discipline and data/reporting skills, including driving follow-through, holding owners accountable, building simple dashboards or reports, and interpreting people-related metrics to prioritize.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Basic to intermediate experience creating multimedia content (e.g., producing or editing short videos and presentations).

Shift: Mid but should be flexible to do APAC hours, if needed.
