This role sits between analytics teams and senior leadership, acting as a translator, strategist, and recommendation driver.
Job Responsibilities

- Translate business strategy, stakeholder needs, and analytical insights into clear problem statements, options, and actionable recommendations
- Partner closely with analytics, data, technology, and business teams to develop a strong fact base and understand key drivers and constraints
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop executive‑ready presentation materials that clearly articulate insights, tradeoffs, and recommended paths forward
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify objectives, surface pain points, and align on success criteria
- Influence outcomes without direct authority by building credibility, trust, and strong working relationships
- Operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces, proactively structuring work and refining scope as new information emerges
- Manage workstream timelines and deliverables, escalating risks and dependencies as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with Data Strategy leaders, analytics partners, and other project team members to drive initiatives to completion
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex, open‑ended problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to translate data and analysis into insights and strategic recommendations
- Data‑literate and analytically credible, with the ability to interpret findings and challenge assumptions without being responsible for hands‑on coding or model development
-
Experience developing executive‑level presentations and storytelling grounded in data
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience working in or with data, analytics, or technology‑enabled organizations
- Financial services or large enterprise experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with hypothesis‑driven problem solving and consulting‑style engagement models
