Join our dynamic Employee Success team as the Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement & Adoption Lead and play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing cross-functional GTM strategies to drive product adoption, engagement, and measurable impact across the organization. You will lead the development and optimization of enablement and adoption frameworks, partner with key stakeholders, and ensure our products and experiences resonate with employees—delivering exceptional value and supporting our mission to make work better for everyone at JPMorganChase.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GTM enablement and adoption strategies to drive product engagement, expansion, and retention, ensuring employees are informed, prepared, and empowered to adopt new solutions
- Lead the orchestration of cross-functional GTM initiatives, collaborating with Product, HR, Change, Marketing, Communications, and Analytics teams to deliver coordinated launch plans and integrated employee experiences
- Partner across teams to gather employee insights, market trends, and feedback, translating them into actionable recommendations for GTM and adoption activities
- Collaborate with Product and Measurements & Insights to define and track adoption, engagement, and success metrics, using data to inform continuous improvement
- Craft and optimize value propositions, messaging, and positioning frameworks that resonate with target employee audiences

Utilize and maintain enablement assets and tools to support rollout and adoption
- Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and analyze performance data to drive recommendations for iteration and continuous improvement
- Partner with Go-to-Market & Change teams to ensure readiness, training, and support for product launches, including post-launch optimization
- Guide the team in establishing best practices for GTM enablement, adoption, and measurement, ensuring alignment with Employee Success objectives
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market enablement, product marketing, or adoption strategy, with a proven track record of driving employee engagement and adoption across multiple channels
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence adoption and engagement in a matrixed environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making, performance management, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship management skills; able to communicate effectively with peers, partners, and senior leaders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments, stringent deadlines, and changing priorities

- Team player with the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
