We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional change across Corporate and Investment Banking Market Operations, with a focus on transformation, operating model uplift, and platform modernization. You will promote delivery from discovery through production, partnering with operations, technology, product, controls, and compliance. Job Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager within Market Operations, you will lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives that modernize processes, platforms, and controls. You will coordinate across operations, technology, product, and risk partners to deliver measurable outcomes and improved client experiences. You will establish disciplined governance, ensure readiness for go-live, and sustain transparent execution and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end planning for multi-workstream initiatives, covering scope, timelines, RAID, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
  • Drive disciplined execution and delivery reporting across programs.
  • Run governance forums (PWG/SteerCo) and facilitate timely stakeholder decisions.
  • Publish data-driven status updates and transparent metrics.
  • Manage escalations proactively to unblock delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Design target operating models in partnership with operations.
  • Streamline controls and standardize rules across products and regions.
  • Automate workflows using low-code tools to improve STP, cycle times, and defect rates.
  • Orchestrate SIT and UAT with cross-functional teams.
  • Secure business sign-offs and readiness checkpoints for cutover and go-live.
  • Communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders and partners.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bring 8+ years of project management and business analysis experience.
  • Demonstrate a track record delivering multi-stakeholder, cross-region programs with formal governance and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply working knowledge of markets products and post-trade processes (e.g., Credit, FX, Rates, Equities/ETD/OTC), including trade lifecycles, confirmations, settlement, and reporting obligations.
  • Lead operational, process, or organizational design efforts and associated change management activities.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills and attention to detail to synthesize complex data and inform decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively while building relationships and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, product, controls, and compliance to drive aligned delivery.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Demonstrate Markets/Market Operations or regulatory reporting change experience (e.g., EMIR, CFTC, SEC, ESMA, FCA, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, SFTR).
  • Drive scope, schedule, and quality with disciplined execution and transparent metrics.
  • Structure ambiguous problems and use data to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Tailor communications for senior leaders and simplify complex regulatory and technical topics.
  • Bring operations, technology, and control partners together to build trust and shared accountability.
  • Deliver platform modernization initiatives within Markets Operations.
  • Design target operating models across products and regions to enable scale and control.
