We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Analyst to join our Engineering function. This role is instrumental in executing a multi-year technology roadmap and will blend the responsibilities of a business analyst and project manager. In this role, you will contribute directly to building workflow solutions, improving user experiences, supporting key project initiatives, and exploring innovative AI tools and data-driven solutions to drive scale and reduce risk across Compliance. You’ll work alongside product managers, developers, and Compliance professionals to turn strategic ideas into practical, real-world solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the multi-year L&C technology roadmap in close partnership with business functions, Engineering PMO and Business Management teams.

  • Develop and enhance workflows using KissFlow and other automation platforms.

  • Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable solutions.

  • Research, evaluate, and assist in implementing AI-driven tools and technologies that increase automation, efficiency, and risk mitigation across the Compliance landscape.

  • Support the analysis, integration, and visualization of compliance data to inform decision-making and optimize business processes.

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned with business needs and follow project governance standards.

  • Partner with business users to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across multiple compliance disciplines.

  • Identify recurring problems and propose process enhancements to increase efficiency and compliance readiness.

  • Assist with periodic certifications, attestations, and other recurring business requirements to ensure pristine control environment.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and governance processes.

  • Promote best practices in data management, user experience design, and control rationalization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in a technology, business analysis, or project support role (experience within financial services or Compliance strongly preferred).

  • Strong business analysis and project management capabilities; ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.

  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code workflow platforms (e.g., KissFlow, ServiceNow, Salesforce).

  • Interest or experience in emerging technologies, including AI and data-driven applications for business operations.

  • Experience with platform governance, SDLC processes, and change management practices.

  • Strong critical thinking & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with compliance officers, business users, and technology teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prior experience working in or with global financial institutions preferred.

Pay Range

$ 85,000 – $110,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
