For our Corporate Programs division, we are looking for an intern (f/m/d) or working student (f/m/d) who enjoys a highly dynamic, demanding, and international innovation environment and who wants to contribute hands-on responsibility, team spirit, and creativity.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting venture-clienting projects, including startup scouting

• Supporting the planning and implementation of our corporate incubation and acceleration programs

• Contributing to innovation projects for corporates, SMEs, and institutions (analysis, concept development, execution)

• Independent sub-projects, e.g., trend analyses, process modeling/optimization, and concept creation

• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of workshop series and events

• Supporting daily operations—wherever something is urgent, interesting, or where you want to jump in and help

• Bachelor’s or Master’s studies
• Initial exposure to innovation, entrepreneurship, or startups is an advantage
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Enjoys presenting and engaging with others
• Structured, independent, and pragmatically entrepreneurial working style
• Team player with energy, humor, and a hands-on mindset
• Very good German and English skills
