Role OverviewAs Chief of Staff – US, you will operate as a strategic right-hand to the founder, supporting both the fundraising efforts and operational execution of Founders Future’s US expansion. This role sits at the intersection of investor relations, fund management, and executive coordination.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our US operations — from capital raising and investor communications to fund structuring and team coordination — with high standards of rigor, autonomy, and discretion.
This is a high-impact, high-exposure position for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, combines strategic thinking with flawless execution, and understands the nuances of venture capital and transatlantic ecosystems
Key Responsibilities Investor Relations & Fundraising- Drive investor communication: fund materials, newsletters, reports, follow-ups
- Support fundraising execution across our vehicles: seed fund, growth fund, SPVs, and co-investment
- Manage CRM and pipeline tracking tools (Notion, Airtable, Affinity)
- Coordinate investor onboarding, due diligence, and capital calls
- Plan and execute investor events, roadshows, and strategic meetings
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and fund admin partners (US & international)
- Supervise KYC/AML compliance, documentation, and capital accounts
- Help structure and manage new US-based entities (Delaware LPs, SPVs, co-investment vehicles)
- Track fund performance (MOIC, DPI, IRR) and support reporting to LPs and internal stakeholders
- Plan and execute high-impact events to support fundraising and brand presence (e.g., private roundtables, community dinners, keynotes, off-sites)
- Build the US visibility of Founders Future and its founder through speaking engagements, PR strategy, and media partnerships
- Coordinate messaging and branding across our decks, investor materials, and social channels
- Serve as a liaison with external PR agencies, media partners, and brand collaborators
- Support storytelling for portfolio founders in the US (success stories, co-investment showcases)
- Act as a thought partner to the founder on all strategic US initiatives
- Ensure coordination with Paris HQ across investment, legal, and marketing teams
- Lead cross-functional projects tied to growth, governance, and strategic positioning
- 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, fund-of-funds, or family office
- Previous roles in fundraising, investor relations, fund structuring, or Chief of Staff capacities
- Strong knowledge of fund mechanics, LP expectations, and US/EU regulatory environments
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with independence, precision, and trust
- Comfortable navigating between strategic thinking and executional detail
- Tools: G Suite, Notion, DocuSign, Carta, AngelList, Affinity
- Based in Miami or willing to relocate; travel to NYC, SF, and Paris required
