Role OverviewAs Chief of Staff – Investor Relations & Fundraising, you will play a key role in structuring and executing Founders Future’s US fundraising strategy and building our investor community.
Working directly with the founder and the leadership team, you will support the lifecycle of LP engagement—from outreach and onboarding to capital calls and reporting—while ensuring excellence in fund operations, compliance, and communication.
This is a high-exposure, strategic position for someone who understands how a venture fund operates and can work independently with rigor and initiative.
Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Relations & Fundraising
- Manage investor communications, from fund decks and quarterly reports to data room coordination and follow-ups
- Support fundraising execution for new and existing vehicles (seed fund, growth fund, SPVs, co-investment club)
- Track and manage the LP pipeline, CRM (Notion, Airtable, or Affinity), and reporting obligations
- Coordinate capital calls, legal documentation (LPAs, side letters), and fund closings
- Organize and support investor events, meetings, and roadshows in the US and Europe
Fund Operations & Structuring
- Liaise with fund administrators, legal counsel, and tax advisors (US and international)
- Oversee onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), and capital account administration
- Help structure new US-based fund vehicles (Delaware LPs, SPVs, co-investment entities, etc.)
- Track fund performance and support internal and external reporting (MOIC, DPI, IRR)
Executive & Strategic Support
- Act as a sparring partner to the founder on US strategic and fundraising initiatives
- Facilitate coordination between the US and Paris HQ teams
- Support cross-functional execution of special projects tied to fund expansion
- 3–7 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, fund of funds, or family office environments
- Direct experience in investor relations, fundraising, fund structuring, or Chief of Staff roles
- Strong understanding of fund mechanics, LP expectations, and operational execution
- Ability to manage complex projects independently, with precision and discretion
- Proficient with fund tools and productivity platforms (G Suite, DocuSign, Notion, AngelList, Carta)
- Based in Miami or willing to relocate. Some travel to New York, San Francisco, or Paris may be required
