We're an early-stage startup led by an experienced founder with multiple exits, building a new software platform for a large and underserved industry that has seen surprisingly little innovation despite representing hundreds of billions of dollars in annual economic activity.

We're looking for an exceptional engineer to join us as one of the first technical hires and help shape the product, architecture, and company from the ground up.

This is a true founding role. You'll work directly with the founder, make foundational technical decisions, and have meaningful influence over both product direction and long-term company strategy.

• Build and ship product from zero to one
• Design scalable systems and architecture
• Work across frontend, backend, mobile, and AI-enabled workflows
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand real-world problems
• Help establish engineering culture and technical standards
• Contribute to hiring and team building as we grow

• Full-stack engineering experience
• Comfort operating in ambiguity
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Passion for, and experience in, AI and emerging technologies
• Curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward action
