THE POSITION
You are an operations powerhouse who thrives on clarity, systems, and follow-through. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator will be the engine behind the Partnerships & Fundraising team’s efficiency, ensuring all donor-facing systems run smoothly and are optimized for growth. From meeting prep to post-gift stewardship, you will orchestrate a seamless backend that empowers fundraisers to build and deepen relationships.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in San Francisco, CA.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Data Management
- Build and maintain user-friendly systems that track the full donor lifecycle
- Ensure consistent, accurate entry of gifts, donor info, and meeting notes in HubSpot.
- Own partnerships data hygiene, reporting workflows, and funder profile maintenance
- Maintain event and email distribution lists
Project Management & Workflow Optimization
- Own project management of donor pipelines and grant deliverables across the team
- Create and manage task lists for stewardship and reporting
- Support scheduling and prep for donor meetings
Event & Stewardship Support
- Coordinate logistics for fundraising events
- Support creation of donor-facing materials, including prospect briefs
- Assist with donor thank-yous and personalized stewardship strategies

COMPENSATION
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 - negotiable depending on experience.
Note: In accordance with federal, state, and local safety guidelines, this role is expected to be performed in-person, in San Francisco.
