We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Guest Experience Manager to lead the launch of our newest property in Alcalá, Madrid.

This isn't just any typical hotel - it's the debut of an exciting, undisclosed brand that's set to redefine urban living.

The ideal candidate will oversee operations, ensuring smooth running, high standards of guest satisfaction, and driving financial performance. You'll be instrumental in bringing this innovative concept to life, blending the best of traditional hospitality with cutting-edge flexible living solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage member relations, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Oversee and perform check-in and check-out processes, ensuring seamless transitions for guests.
  • Manage reservation emails, bookings, optimizing room allocation to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Building Manager to develop and implement strategies for the Guest Experience team.
  • Lead by example, ensuring adherence to all SOPs and service standards within the team.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the Guest Experience department.
  • Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for team members, fostering knowledge of property products and services.
  • Proactively address guest concerns, transforming them into positive guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction scores, including platforms like TripAdvisor and Google Reviews, and develop strategies for improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ year supervisory experience in hospitality/customer service (hotels/serviced apartments preferred).
  • Proven record of exceeding guest expectations & achieving high satisfaction scores.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Google Drive, PMS/helpdesk systems).
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.
