About You

In this role, you will manage a line of business consisting of many of the most successful and enduring partnerships at BreakLine. We are looking for someone passionate about driving growth and with a unique perspective on scaling our partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing a line of business’s growth trajectory. You will advocate for your partners by guiding both strategy and execution daily.

The Partner Success team at BreakLine is responsible for expanding our partnerships and our business's continued growth.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role in a high-output environment
  • You operate as a player/coach and will get in the weeds to produce results
  • Experience building and executing against a pipeline of targets and crushing quota
  • A strategic, analytical, and creative entrepreneur who can build actionable plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, constantly changing start-up environment
  • A collaborative, low ego, get stuff done, hunter mentality who refuses to fail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

BreakLine does not have a physical office and the team works remotely.

What You Will Do

  • Advocate for our mission by building and expanding a pipeline of opportunities to connect our BreakLiners with our Partners.
  • Develop scalable strategies to hit a 100% renewal rate and 10 - 20% expansion per year.
  • Own a territory of partners and lead them toward achieving their business objectives.
  • Deliver a white-glove, high-touch experience to our partners and participants and manage ongoing relationships and day-to-day communications.
  • Educate and support partners to ensure their success in hiring BreakLiners.
  • Chart the path for future growth by identifying areas of expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address the needs of our partners
  • Research and become the expert on our partners’s products, culture, hiring processes, and community.
  • Drive focus and execution of your strategy.
