Alpha Partners is the Pro-Rata Co-Investment Fund. We are known as the VC's VC. Recently, we have provided over $100 million in growth capital to early stage VC firms to double down in their leading companies. Eighty percent of category leading technology companies have small, early stage investors as their first funders. Due to capital constraints, early stage funds lack the follow-on capital necessary to double down in their winners. Alpha partners with VC firms to provide on-demand capital for their follow-ons. We share up to half of the economics on co-investments. Since 2011, Alpha also serves as an advisor to Pritzker Group.
