Job Summary

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Content Producer to help with speaker production for Ai4. This is not a video production or event logistics role — this is about curating world-class content and building a remarkable speaker lineup.

Ai4 is the AI Industry's leading business conference, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of the brand.

You will:

1) Work with the content team to determine what cutting edge topics to feature at our yearly event

2) Recruit great industry experts to share about their work on stage.

3) Build expertise in AI use cases for business

4) Develop relationships with the key figures shaping AI's adoption across business

5) Attend our yearly event in August in Las Vegas

You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience producing conference content — meaning you’ve owned the process of learning a conference topic, identifying and inviting high-quality speakers, managing calls to clarify their session content and sell them on the value of the event, and ultimately filling out an agenda.

You’ll focus on speaker recruitment and content quality. A dedicated Speaker Operations Manager will support you by handling confirmations, scheduling, and follow-ups so you can focus on high-leverage work.

Ideal candidates will bring industry knowledge of artificial intelligence, or the curiosity and drive to quickly get up to speed.

Ai4 is a growth-mindset environment, and you will be joining as the 15th full time team member. Expect to communicate frequently through slack and zoom with our small team, but to work autonomously to get the job done. This is a startup environment, and you will be a major contributor to a very quickly growing business. Expect to solve problems autonomously and contribute across a range of areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Required: Minimum of 2 years previous conference work experience in a content production role
• Preferred: AI knowledge
• Preferred: Interest in working in a startup environment
• Self-motivated to work remotely, efficient time management and ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing daily activities and schedules
• A project management mindset. Strong attention to detail, with big picture perspective
• Creative problem-solving abilities / solutions driven
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Google Docs and comfortable learning/using new software & technologies
• Strong interpersonal and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to adjust work style to accommodate clients and team members as necessary
• Able to build strong relationships with clients
• Travel as required for events, planning meetings and other, as needed
• Ability to have fun
